I live a little over an hour away from St. Joseph, Missouri and was in town for other business, so I decided it was time for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment. I had researched Bliss on Yelp and another site, which they had excellent reviews. They were also voted as the best salon by customers and published in the paper. I called and was booked within an hour. Ciera was my stylist and was fantastic! I don't like a lot taken off because I have very long hair and SHE listened!!!! Most generally I get my haircut and the next thing I know I'm missing several inches! Ciera cut it perfectly! She was super nice, bubbly, attentive, high energy, and cut it exactly like I wanted it! Highly recommended! Place has a great atmosphere and upbeat music! I even witnessed a guy "shinning" the floors while I was there, which they are hardwood floors. The establishment has a upstairs and downstairs. I never went upstairs. A total of 16 stylists work there and over 1/2 of them have been working there together over 9 years. More like a family and pure dedication! Love it!
This place is amazing they did my sisters hair well my favorite stylist there Brittany did I always ask for her when I go there she is absolutely amazing especially with blonde hair and vintage hairstyles I would definitely definitely recommend this place. Best salon in Saint Joseph Missouri hands-down!
Worst experience ever!! I came in to get my hair dyed and had to get a second coat a couple days after and the stylist sent me home to wash out the hair dye myself. So unprofessional and very disappointed.
Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and professional. It's a very "hip" salon. Get anything from the most basic to the most trendy cut/ color to suit your style. They even have male & female barbers. You name it, someone there can make it happen. They all work together like a big family and always make you feel welcomed.
Ciera is AMAZING!! I moved here and needed to find a new stylist. I have platinum blonde hair. I was so nervous. She made me feel so comfortable. The salon is like it's own little family. The atmosphere is fun and light hearted. My hair looks amazing after each visit!
