Kelly did my nails and I absolutely LOVE them. They are the perfect color, shape, and length! We did Light pink dip (306) with chrome. We both decided I need to wear these nails when I get married!! She and all of the staff at BKS nails are amazing!
Previous experiences were sufficient. My teenager saves up and pays for her own nails and has gone here multiple times. Today was extremely disappointing specific to the lack of customer service. I picked up my daughter and her nails were trash, her finger was bleeding from being accidentally cut and the quality was awful. I took her inside and asked to please speak to the manager upon which a lady came to the front to address me. I tried to keep my voice low and let her know that I was unhappy with the service, and would like a discount offered for the lack of quality. My daughter told the man that her nails were not finished, and the topcoat had not been put on, I do not know if he is new or did not care, he told her she's fine, and that she was ready to go. While I was explaining this to the manager and showing her that my daughter also had a cut on her finger, she interrupted me, rolled her eyes and said well, it was an accident,
and then walked away while I was speaking and motion for my daughter to come over to the table to get them fixed. I politely told her I don't feel comfortable complaining I don't like to complain, and we would just like a discount so that we could please leave and be on our way. She disrespected me and disrespected my daughter, started looking at the quality of the nails and telling us how it looks like we weren't charge for the length And how we should be happy that it was only $70. My daughter did not have additional length put on and at this point I felt very annoyed that instead of trying to fix the problem you were being unprofessional and hateful. Instead of getting more upset as of course the entire salon was staring at us this, and I could feel my daughter feeling very uncomfortable as she had already felt before she left, I decided to leave and smile. We will never go here again. One irate, and super annoyed customer!
Kelly does the most beautiful powder dipped nails that last forever and do not damage your real nails. Once you do powder you will never go back to acrylic!
