Took my Girlfriend to big city nails friday, and she loved her nails. If your looking for a great nail tech I would recommend Bee. She had great customer service.
WORST PLACE EVER! Terrible service and really bad communication. First, I made an appointment for 11am and the tech arrived about 40 minutes later. I got my nails done with Nyah. I told her my thumb nail didn't had enough product and she said "Oh, every tech has a different way to work" like it was fine, and didn't fix it. When she almost finished I asked her if she was going to do the coffin shape I asked for and she said I didn't told her, so I just breathe and left it like that. I told her I saw spaces between my nails and the glued ones and she said "Girl, when I glue it I glue it" and didn't want to see them. The lady in the front desk saw them and said they were fine and asked me "Do you do nails?" which was very rude from her. Also, while doing my hands they kept calling the pedi tech and didn't came to work, so they called another one who was supposed to be free. I waited because I wanted a day free of children and husband, which I haven't had in very long time. When pedi tech arrived, she started with another lady who just got there and if I it weren't because complained about that I had to wait longer, then they apologized and started my pedi. She was doing 2 pedis at the same time. They charged me $115 for everything, I can't believe I paid for something that didn't worth at all. Btw, the pedi didn't even lasted 3 days. At second day the gel polish just fell with the friction of the bed sheets and could easily peeled.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE.
The service is Superbad friendly. I enjoy that it is appointment only and it is only you and the text! For a guy this suits me well no having to be around a lot of people!

was told 20 minutes for wait. after an hour i decided to leave. she finished the the girls hands and still had to do her toes. won't be returning.
