Bibi Hair Braiding-Shop Annex in City of Orange, NJ

I had the worst experience ever at your establishment. I would not recommend your salon to anyone. Lack of professionalism was insurmountable. The communication was horrible, and they did not stand on their word. I sent a picture of the style 4 days prior to arriving.They did not follow my style. The employee wanted to braid my hair in style of her choice. I only wanted to cornrows with curly ends.

I brought my hair, showed them the picture of the style I wanted (knotless braids med/small) to the waist and was quoted 180. I was cool with that. Two Braider's were not able to braid it so they passed me to a different Braider and decided to do box instead of knotless. Then the lady said the length requires more $$$ this is AFTER we agreed on price and length and her doing 3 braids. She goes up to 220. I said reminded her that it was supposed to be knotless not box braiding which cost less and asked what the new cost was since she wanted to charge me more. She claimed it's knotless and we settle in 200. She leaves after doing a couple more braids and then I'm passed to Bibi. The braiding gets shorter and shorter and the original woman who did the price agreements leaves for the day. I check again about the price since it's boxed and almost 3-4 inches shorter than we agreed on. Still 200. I left with neat box braids that were braid to 1-2 inches below my shoulders and loose ends. I had to go home and braid the ends and rubber band them since the hair was straight. I don't like liars or scammers changing the price and not delivering what is agreed on. I should have walked out, but when your hair has already be partly done you keep hoping it will turn out right. I won't be making that mistake again. If you quote a price stick with it instead of upping the price. Not once did I try to ask for a lower price when she originally quoted 180. I've had my hair done knotless small/med to my waist with hair included for $140 in the past. Bibi was NOT the me who changed the price, I don't know the woman's name but because she left I didn't think it was fair to go back and forth with Bibi since she was not the one who quoted me the $$z

You know what you want Bi-Bi will give it to you. If you don't know what you want Bi-Bi will give it to you. I've been loyal for 4 years no matter what I keep going back because Bi-Bi knows what I want!
