I have went there 2 times now and had excellent service and not a long wait and loved my nails every time

The location was convenient to where I live. There were 3 technicians (if you could call them as such?). I walked in for manicure and pedicure. I was greeted with a stare and a quick question of what I needed. A woman tech at the first chair told me to pick a color. No explanation of how long the wait was....

I was pointed to a pedicure station with a badly worn massage chair. Shortly later, a woman named Kim put some lukewarm water in the tub. Mostly pointing and grunts as instructions on what I should do. I got the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever expected for $45. The nail cuttings were uneven. I ended up with different length nails. The cuticle clippings were rough and pinched and brief. I will not go back to this place.

I did not know that they charged $20 for mail poli in hands and toes $ I wouldn't have agreed to it. and after 10 days it's chipping off.
