Best Nails in Columbus, GA

Would give zero stars if I could. They can't do nails French tips look ridiculous she would've left it bulky if I didn't speak up. They still looked uneven. I'm a self taught nail tech. But didn't have time to do my own nails. How have they been doing nails so long but perform worse than me. Also my nails were burning so bad they use MMA which is banned by the FDA! Cus even when I do my own or I've gotten them done they've never burned that bad.

Being from Las Vegas it still has not sunk in for me how early things may close. I pulled up to Elegant Nails around 7pm to attempt to be serviced as someone had referred me to them but unfortunately for me they were already closed. I looked around in the area and saw Best Nails was close to the vicinity so I gave them a call to see what time they close. She did tell me that they usually stop taking people at 7p but asked me what I needed and I told her a pedicure and a fill and she said since I was only less than 5 minutes away she would take me. They rushed my whole service and left me with these nails as a finished result anyone with eyes can see how unprofessional this is and somehow I came out paying $120 for it. The lady doing my pedicure did not scrub my feet at all she basically washed them and polished them but that's the least of my concerns as I'm very particular about my nails. My nails were not drilled or shaped in anyway and she rushed the polish as you can still see all the streaks. If you were going to rush I wish you would've just turned me away would have saved me my time as well as my money in the end. Best Nails is very far from what they are. I shouldn't have left there paying a penny let alone $120 someone needs to fix this mess on my hands because this is unacceptable I asked for something very simple to compensate for time and I still got a hot ass mess.

Don't go here. 80 dollars for a short set. My nails are bulky and I do not like them. I got ripped off. Save your money and go somewhere that will take their time.

Very clean and friendly service. Received a pedicure. Beautiful job. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place.

This place closes at 8pm, I walked in to get a pedicure at 7:30pm and they turned me around. I'm upset and won't be coming back due to their false advertisement. If they are turning around paying customers 30 minutes before closing, they need to change the times listed! No other store turns does that, and I wish they had not. If they don't want to service me today, I'll make sure that they won't ever again.
