Best Nail & spa in Walden, NY

The worst place I have ever been... ever!!! I just needed a basic pedi for a wedding. Pedicure took 7 minutes. No soak... did not file , buff or clean under my toes... cut my nails jagged ...polish was all peeled up by the time I got home . They told me my toes were dry to put my shoes on. My skin has polish and shiny top coat all around toes. I was going to go back and have them fix it , but after reading the other reviews, seems I will get an attitude . My feet looked better before than after.

The WORST gel manicure I've ever gotten. Called for an appointment. Nail Tech rushed through me, it took 13 minutes where usually they take 30 minutes. Nails started to lift after 2 days, nails weren't filed smoothly after asking her to file them again at the end. Called to get them redone. I went back somehow they are WORSE. You see the brush marks and they're rough again. And she tried charging me for a full gel manicure again 3 days after, when I was just taking money out to tip her.

A zero, my daughter and I went for pedicures. My pedicure started with a dry foot cleaning, nail clipping, and gel applied. When I asked where my foot bath was she explained they only had one gel dryer and had to share. She then drew a footbath for me, zero soaking time and applied the callus remover and spa treatment to my legs. Proceeded to rush through the rest of spa pedicure because they were "down a man". My daughter did not receive her included back, neck message. When I got home I noticed my feet where bubbling and still calloused. Went back to saloon (15 min. drive each way) and girl was not very pleasant. I told her I wanted my pedicure redone correctly with a foot bath, she tried to say my feet were to "hard". Well maybe if you soaked my feet they would have been softer, by her not starting with water foot bath caused the issues, I always get pedicures and have never had these issues. She would not give me the foot bath, tried to redo scraper, still left with dead hanging and bubbling skin because "didn't know what else to do" she said. I explained this is unacceptable for $50 a person and would never be back. Very dirty, unsanitary, I don't know how they stay in business. Needs a health dept. visit. Oh and sorry forgot message for my daughter "if she come back we will do" No thank you my foot redo needs to be redone...

They were good. All the negative Ish written about these guys is a little over the top. They took care of me and my wife we left happy and with relaxed well rubbed feet. And a pedicure just a reg joint was only 20$, so I'm happy. Hawa

I agree with the review below I don't know why I bothered to come again. They are very rude third time coming back and not a single hello. I got my eyebrows done and the man tells me to sit and when he's done he just tells me to get up now. He doesn't ask if I will like lotion or doesn't even ask if my eyebrows where the way I wanted them to be. The girl did my pedicure and rushed she literally took two minutes cleaning my feet horribly. I had to scrub my own feet. They pretend as if they do t know English but the minute I started questioning the lady about the mess of a job she was doing the man started to speak perfect English. Also they talk behind customers backs in their own language which I find very rude. They need to learn how to have more customer service by starting to greet their customers. Also the nail polish they have are all old and they really need to restock. By the way if you guys expect a miraculous tip start off by being professional by saying hello, restock your nail colors, and asking your customers about your service.
