Bespoke Salon Company in Wichita, KS

Gave over a 24 hour notice, 40 hours to be exact and was still charged a $79 cancellation fee. I called to tell them I had recently lost my job and that the person when I was booking back in August told me I only needed a 24 hour notice anyways. The person said there was nothing they could do about the charge and that was just there policy. When I asked if I could speak to someone else they said no one else was here but they would have someone call but they could not tell me when that would be.

Had one of the best experiences here with Brooklyn. She is a true artist of her craft and so easygoing to talk speak with. I will be back!

My experience with the particular hair dresser was not so great. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted like I always do when I get my hair colored. When she was applying the color it took her literally 5 min. I thought, what in the world? I wanted way more color in my hair so while I was sitting there waiting for her to come back, I asked her to put more color in my hair, I referenced my photo again and that's when she proceeded to tell me my hair was too fine to look like the picture!! basically saying I had thin hair. So she told me to trust her and did not put anymore color in my hair. over $200 later there was no notable difference I could see. Very upsetting and very rude to tell someone their hair is too thin. That has nothing to do with how much color I desire! I've colored my hair blonde many times and have had great noticeable results!! I just wanted to try a new hairdresser from my usual one and I very much regretted it. She also was barley around and had her assistant with me a lot. But I felt like I had barley any attention. it was very weird. usually the hairdressers are very friendly and we talk forever when I get my hair done. She seemed like either she had a bad day or she didn't like me. I called back a day later and asked her to fix it. she did a better job the second time but the whole experience left a very bad impression on me. I could go somewhere else and pay $120 for way better results!

Apryl has a great personality, and she made my hair look BEAUTIFUL! I felt welcomed and absolutely loved the chill vibe. Also, the girls as a whole didn't seem pretentious/snotty, like they so often do at a lot of salons. Bonus: THE MUSIC WAS LEGIT! I will be going back-second appointment already scheduled!

Such a great first time experience!! I booked my blowout online and since it was my first time, I just asked to be scheduled with whoever was available on the day/time I picked. The salon itself is very sleek, clean and modern. My stylist, Abby, checked me in and was immediately accommodating and kind. Abby suggested some waves/curls after flat ironing, as I asked for her recommendation. I'm so glad she did, because it turned out beautiful! I went to a friend's wedding and got so many compliments on my hair!
