BeOn Nails does an outstanding job of manicures and pedicures. My wife does both, I only get a pedicure. The service is always taken care of at the time of the appointment with very little wait. The atmosphere is bright and cheery with good background music. The pedicurist/manacurist Jessie is great! She is very pleasant and outgoing. She is very thorough and attentive to all of our needs and requests. Jessie is the best! We will continue here with Jessie and I recommend BeOn Nails highly!

I've been coming for years here for pedicures. The last two times I pick a specific person to do my pedicure, make appt online and both time running half hour behind. This has happened more than 2 times, but finally reviewing.. I specifically choose the times I want because I have other things to do. When I walk in there is never an apology just "I understand" as if I'm wrong. The entire vibe is off in this place and I'm very disappointed. They charge enough money for people to be on time. I understand a few minutes late but 20-30 is unacceptable. They gave me someone else each time but it's not the point. They are not all equal. Sorry I said it. I need a new place.... Very disappointed in this place and service.

This was my go to nail salon for years but after the last two visits I will definitely not be going here anymore or recommending anyone else to go here. When I first started using this salon they were top notch. However, over the past years they have really gone down hill. Two visits ago my wife and I sat for 45 minutes after our appointment was set to start waiting to be seen. We ended up leaving and going to a different salon that took us on the spot. The most recent visit is really the issue here. With both my wife and I the nail techs were very rough and physical throughout the service and cut us a combined 5x. I didn't realize it until after the service was finished, but when my nail tech was adding the essentials oils to the water to dilute it she accidentally spilled some on the top of my foot. I felt the pain on the top of my foot for about 10 minutes until she eventually rinsed everything off. I know it sounds crazy that I would allow essential oils to burn a hole in my skin for 10 minutes without saying anything but I have a history of psoriasis so I honestly thought I was just having some weird skin reaction. When I looked down at it it looked red, burned and extremely irritated but again I thought it was just my skin "acting up". I made the mistake of ignoring it for a full day because I didn't realize what had happened. To add insult to injury the cost of two basic pedicures and one manicure was $215 prior to tip and almost $300 with the tip. The next day we took off on our flight for a nice post busy season vacation (we work in hospitality) and when we arrived in the hotel room I noticed that the irritated portion of my foot had taken a severe turn for the worse and showed my wife. After telling her how it happened she informed me that it is definitely a burn that is now infected. We started cleaning it and treating it right away and instead of us enjoying our vacation together I am now laid up in bed for the third day in a row with my foot elevated on heavy antibiotics. The pain is so severe that I can not put on shoes and walking is a legitimate exhausting task. Now I'm not saying this is 100% Beon nails fault.. I made the mistake of not speaking up when I felt the pain, I made the mistake of not realizing that it was a burn and I made the mistake of making another appointment after the unsuccessful previous attempt. But as a consumer, I expect to have a competent properly trained nail tech when I go to get a pedicure especially factoring in there new elevated pricing. If you're going to be working with chemicals that can do serious harm to a person, not having someone who knows how to administer them properly makes you negligent as a business. I advise serious caution to anyone looking to use any services offered at this establishment.
