Got my hair cut here yesterday and I cried tears of joy when I got home. I believe Casey cut my hair and used the Curlsmith line. I came in with Hagrid hair and left with frizz tamed and my curls looking the best I have ever seen them. The ladies heee are amazing and the ladies at the registers were so nice and helpful. I'm actually learning to love my hair which has never happened before. I had a lot of anxiety about going in and they made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for your help yesterday and I will definitely be a repeat client.
This location is not like the other Ulta locations. The manager is horrible and the customer service and salon stylist Calissa is part of the poor customer service pack. Drive to the Knoxville location and you will see how an Ulta store should be run.

My experience at Ulta was positive. I don't know what the situation was for Bobbie W., but when I go to the store (which is often!), there are always employees walking the floor who ask me if I need any help. Sometimes more than one will ask if I need any help because they hadn't seen me come in. I've received many compliments from the amazing men and women that work here and I think most of them are amazing. The only negative thing I think about when it comes to this store is that one girl tried to do a facial analysis of me even though I was halfway across the store from her,facing the window, and tried to tell me that I have greasy skin. I actually have eczema,which makes my skin very dry and mildly patchy. But it was one employee and I'm not docking points bc I could have easily just not bought the foundation that was recommended after my own analysis. Hope this helps :)
