Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Fort Smith, AR

Terrible customer service! Sales girls were rude and acted as though it was trouble to assist us.  Arrived 30 minutes before closing and they continued to remind us as though we were bothering them by shopping.  Purchased $150 worth of product and checked out at 7:45, 15 minutes prior to closing and the check out clerk did not speak or say thank you for our purchase.  I won't be shopping this store again because of the attitudes of the sales staff.

I saw Amanda in the salon for a color and she did so fantastic!! She was the most professional employee I encountered here. She took great care of me, was kind and polite, and gave me hair that is getting compliments NON STOP!! I will 100% be seeing her again.

I have always gone to Ulta to get my hair done and never had a problem- but that was not the case this time. I had blue hair that was extremely faded and my roots were way grown in. I asked for them to match my roots which are a very very light brown. She told me she could. She applied the dye then had another client come in. She did the other clients hair which mean I had to wait almost 2 hours for her to rinse my hair. While rinsing she got me wet and was was pulling at my hair. Then she blow dried my hair and was combing in- ripping through it the entire time. The end result was not brown- but black with some blue patches still showing. I spent 4 and half hours to get  nothing close to what I wanted. I had to go back again the next day for her to fix the patches and spend another 3 hours getting my hair pulled. To say I'm upset is an understatement- now I have black hair that can't be fixed without bleaching

Finally decided to do something about my quarantine hair....went online, scheduled an appointment....was prepared to make big changes....walked in15 minutes with confirmation text at the ready....and was completely disappointed.   Despite receiving confirmation text they didn't have neon the schedule.  I could have accepted that stuff happens, that's what I get for trusting technology, I would have rescheduled....until a stylist that was working on a client piped up saying they had a no show that morning and maybe I made a mistake.
Ummmm nope, no thank you.
So I order from ULTA online because sales are great but I will NOT use their salon services...ever!

The lack of professionalism in this location is ridiculous. They aren't welcoming nor friendly. You aren't being appreciated as a customer.
