I have gotten my brows waxed a couple times by Kim, and I just love her! She is so fun to talk to, and has done a great job with my brows. She also recommended a great fragrance that I love. I will definitely be back!

The two employees today left me feeling terrible.  Like that horrible store scene in "Pretty Woman".
I couldn't find the tubing mascara that I was familiar with so i asked for assistance in finding anything close.  The two of them kept giving each other looks like I was crazy and then said they don't have anything like that.  I kept looking around describing it and hoping they'd have a suggestion.  The older of the two eventually said, unkindly, that they have it and know what i am talking about BUT they don't sell it in the LOW-END section of the store.  I was confused and asked them why they thought I was only interested in BUDGET items when I never mentioned price.  The older one just looked at me deadpanned...then annoyed... then reluctantly showed me where to go.

When I first entered the store they were talking loudly about how annoyed they are dealing with "Karen" customers.  I think they need to consider that maybe the customers are not the problem

Tremendous customer service! Excellent to shop and get relax. I was taking care by Lindsay Robinson to do my hair and she was amazing!!! She color my her with so much care and perfection! My hair finish beautiful and with so much volume!!! Really grateful and satisfied with the service that I experience today!

Also my cashier  Jennife was amazing! I got sing up for the Ulta rewards and credit card and I got amazing savings!

Very disappointed.  Ordered some foundation not available for store pickup. Received email that was shipped 5/4. Am still waiting for product delivery.  UPS says awaing carrier update and has stayed that way till now. When I call for Customer Support. They refuse to.hel0 till has been 10 business days. Will never shop with them again. Lousy Customer  Service.

This is probably my favorite Ulta location, the staff is nice, shelves are clean and lines move quick. Parking is always available. I visit the Salon every few months for a quick hair trim. Anita is my go to person, she's very personable and informative when it comes to proper hair care. As far as products go, I usually find everything I need when I come in. I use the app to confirm if the product is available. The curbside pickup is great here - I usually go inside for my orders...which I should stop because I walk around and spending more money.
