First time here and saw Olivia for a women's cut. The setting is fantastic - light, bright, welcoming & convenient location. Olivia is so friendly and involved in what I asked for. I received an excellent new style and already booked my next appointment with her. I recommend this salon highly.

Twenty years ago I stopped in the Bel Ami hair salon and was treated so well I kept going. The owner sold and relocated, I followed for many more years. That stylist is now retired, looking for a new hair care expert I returned to Bel Ami. Newly remodeled and spacious, I scheduled and was met by a Master Stylist. Truly an expert in color and cuts, beautiful interior, friendly staff, and selection of products. What a complete circle, I am happy to recommend this salon.

Emily was wonderful!! My hair turned out even better than I was picturing after going from long hair to short hair, and I was shocked at how affordable the price for the cut was! All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had a cut and partial highlights. Both services performed by a level 3 stylist ( 2 years of experience is all) I stressed several times I wanted predominantly blond... I got the worst color and cut in my 50 years of going to salons. There were NO HIGHLIGHTS WHAT SO EVER, INSTEAD A Yukky BROWN tip to tip. I spoke with the owner Shakina and complained about the terrible service. She said I could come in get highlights redone by a lady level at level 1, with less experience than the other BUT I had to pay again $165.00 ! I cancelled the appointment- not wanting a fleecing. I had paid initially $185.00, the owner did not even offer what the worst salons offer in Ft Collins! Shakina did not attempt to the right thing by me- - stand up for her business' reputation and take responsibility for a poor performing employee this morning. Therefore, I cannot recommend this business. I hate having to write this.

I had what I considered to be "hair emergency". I booked an appointment with Olivia based on a review (maybe more than one). My hair needed color correction & a good haircut. I explained what had happened to Olivia and what I wanted. she immediately understood what I wanted. She set to work on corrective color, root cover up & cut. Wow! I could not be happier! Olivia is sweet and knowledgeable & easy to talk to. The total experience was great! In my eyes she is "small but mighty". Do not let her youthful appearance fool you! She knows her stuff! Did I say she did a fantastic job? Well, she did. When I was there one of the stylists had a new puppy that was in the shop. He was so cute to watch! Added bonus to being there.
