My mom and I have been going to Rosalva for 10+ years. We have always been satisfied with the service at this salon, and so have many other customers. This salon has a lot of regulars, and after seeing all the negative comments on here I thought it was time I leave a review. We tend to leave bad reviews when we are dissatisfied with a service, but this was a reminder for me to leave good reviews to the small businesses whose services I have enjoyed over the years. I previously had my hair a dark red. Rosalva was able to lighten my hair over the course of two separate sessions to minimize the hair damage. I've tried several other overpriced hair salons over the years swayed by filtered Instagram pictures, but none of them compare to this place: affordable, great work and great customer service from the owner. My mom and I will remain loyal customers here.
BAD . They cut is super short and so wrong. i DIDNT ask for this ugly hair cut . it's the worst . 0/10 .
I used to come here often but I don't recommend you get your eyebrows done here. I have a pointy eyebrow shape and this lady did my eyebrows and one eyebrow was more of a circle shape. Once I commented on the job she said my eyebrows are naturally like that. I also noticed that she was pulling the wax strips the wrong way!! The only reason I gave one star was because they do really nice hair here but NOT EYEBROWS!! The only person I recommend you get your eyebrows done in here is by a lady with glasses and curly hair. DONT RISK IT WITH ANYONE ELSE PLEASE. I have picture day next week and I'm praying I can fix this with makeup.

Horrible places ! I when to go dye my hair here I wanted one solid brown color but she decided to do highlights instead & I told her not to cut my hair and she still when for it she charge me extra for the hair cut even though I didn't want it so dissatisfied Never go there
