I'm so grateful that I was able to work with Beth on my wedding day. My wedding was scheduled for late morning and thus required an early start to get everyone ready on time. Beth arrived at our house at 7 am, sharp, ready to go. She is so calm, warm, reassuring, and excellent at what she does. Having her there and being in her "magical hands" truly felt like a soothing salve for my tired and frazzled soul. I received so many lovely complements on my hair from wedding guests and people who saw our wedding photos. My husband actually asked me the other day, out of the blue, if Beth might do my wedding hairstyle again the next time we're on the Island visiting! He smiled, winked and said, "Yes, I remember your hair."
I'd been meaning to stop in for a while ever since I saw a photo of a friend on Facebook who looked FABULOUS after having her hair done here. I'm so glad I did. First off, the place is really cute and doesn't have a hair salon 'smell' to it. The owner, Beth, took great care of me, making sure the products she selected for my hair would be the most appropriate (BONUS - many of her products are vegan, organic, and cruelty-free!) and then took to the task of restructuring my very long and neglected layers. This took time - Beth quipped "if we take it off we can't just glue it back on again". She made sure she understood how much time I would be willing to style my hair on a regular basis (um, not much) so that the cut would be as low-maintenance as possible. Beth also told me come back in a few days if I didn't think everything was just right and she'd adjust the layers as necessary. Her assistant, Corey was pleasant and professional as well. Prices were very reasonable, the atmosphere lovely, and I'm delighted with the way my hair looks. Even my husband commented on my hair - which is probably the highest compliment I could give because he never notices when I get it cut!
