BB Nails in Burkburnett, TX

2.5 When I came in today this place was pretty empty. The owner and his wife looked at me and asked me what I needed. I told him what I wanted a pedicure and manicure with a design. I was seated and they turned a TV on. It was a quiet pedicure like I like it lol. The message chair I was decent. I requested a $20.00 pedicure which is the next one up from the basic $15, which I hadn't seen a price like that in a minute.... May as well give them a try. I asked do they have military discount, he said no. The pedicure was pretty basic, not too detailed or long. He did hot rocks and it was luke warm. The previous comment also said the hot rocks weren't too hot. He did do a light message with oils for a bit. He told me to pick a design on my phone, a what they did will be in the pictures attached. The lady also quiet did my manicure, I asked her how much it cost to get it she said $15. The paint job on my manicure wasn't good actually. From a far it will work. I said I would like a design on my thumbs and big toes and they said it $4 per Appendage. I said excuse me that is the highest I have seen in this area. Do you want me to give you $16 just to put a design on my nails when the shop next door will do all 4 for $10 or less and I don't know if you can do the design. I told him just to do my big toes but at the end of it I spent about $43 to get a manicure and a pedicure. The owners are not friendly, they don't seem to smile and or make you feel welcome or that they want you to come back. No doubt they get most of their clients with the $15 pedicure sign on the outside of the building. And there's only two people working so if you come once a buddy else is in there more with more than two people someone will have to wait. All in all I got a manicure and a pedicure with a design on the big toes and I can't say it was worth the money. But you may like it. This is just my two cents

Definitely not worth $35!! My nails look like horrible except for my big toes. The man was lazy in his job. Doesn't massage your feet at all, the hot stones were cold. I had to ask him to work on the sides of my big toes. He didn't do anything with my cuticles but hurt me. It says callus remover is included in the pedicure, it is not. All they do is scrub your feet. That is not a callus remover. I used to be a manicurist and I would not recommend this place at all.

This was the worst place ever!!!! It took forever just to get started on. They also don't scrub your feet like they should. Will never return to this place!!

Cheap nails, good work, and it's fast service. Considering there us a limited selection of nail salons in Burk, this is definitely the one in the town.
