My visit went well! Wendy did foils in my hair. Wendy was a lot of fun to chat with. She is very genuine. The studio was bright, sparkly, and fun! I'm eager to see Wendy again for more hair appointments.

Edit: this was previously a five-star review for Brooke. She has done my eyebrows for several years with great results. I chose to have her put eyelash extensions on me Dec 2022, and she used the sensitive glue because I have sensitive eyes. After that day, I felt something rubbing on my eyelid. Brooke posted my eyelashes on her page, and I made a comment on the post that something was rubbing on my eyelid. She contacted me on FB messenger on Friday. I did not hear from her all weekend. This is how she chose to respond to me....Not out of concern for my issue or health, but in defense and not taking any accountability or responsibility and then she blocked me. I am truly disappointed.

Don't do it to yourself. I showed up this morning to get my makeup done and couldn't get in the building as they were closed. I walked around the building, couldn't get in, no one came to let me in, so I went to my car and read and reread and rereread the policy to see if there was anything about getting in when they're closed. I assumed it was a mistake that I was allowed to book on a day that they were closed. I emailed the owner asking for my money back and she won't give it to me. She's calling me a liar and telling me she can't see me on security footage and I never came and I should have called to get in. Nowhere does it say to do that, I just assumed it was an honest mistake. She's extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be filing a report with the bank saying that I've been scammed because apparently that's the only way to get my money back from this.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. When I first walked in the owner was doing another coworkers lashes in which I had to wait. I decided to use the restroom and as I was in there she called for me and her tone was almost annoyed. So I sit down in her chair and she asked me what I was looking for. She proceeded to say I had a bit of mascara residue and used a qtip to remove it, but said she is concerned the lashes won't stick. Mind you I've worked at a lash studio (never had them done but knew the procedures) and I am a makeup artist, why wouldn't you ensure it's a blank canvas? Why wouldn't you cleanse the lashes before an application? Now a normal lash appointment for a brand new set is roughly 2 hours. From the time I walked in and walked out it was 40 minutes. She proceeded to say some will fall out (probably to cover her work) and they would be attached to my lash. I walked down the street and 2 groups of lashes fell out when I got to my car...seriously?! I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Next day, another one fell...neither day were any of my lashes attached. It was the lash she "glued". Day three virtually my entire left eye lost the lashes she placed. When I tell you that the lashes she placed on me looked identical to the lashes you can purchase at walmart, it's an understatement. I proceeded to call and even though I'm an hour away would like to get them fixed. She wanted me to pay for another session mind you I paid $180. I'm not paying again, that's ludicrous. She then proceeded to blame me for it not working. I sent her pictures and I then asked for a refund...she refused. She could have had a repeat client if she would have approached this situation with class, but her tactless customer service was less than exceptional. Strongly encourage anyone looking to come for service there to reconsider. Save yourself the time and money. Take your business somewhere it's appreciated.

This lady messed up my face. On my 2nd laser treatment to remove the micro-bladed eyebrows, bb makeup did. Do your research before you invest in your face.
