I love this place!! I've been coming here for a few years now and won't go anywhere else for my nails. I've since moved to saginaw and still don't mind the drive to bay city just for their services. Prices are amazing and you don't need an appt either. If you call ahead most days they can fit you in somewhere. Techs are amazing and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Many colors and options to choose from for nails including acrylics and gel manicures. Everybody is professional and accommodating

Lol. What a joke. It's noon on a Tuesday and I walk in for a fill. There are two cars in the parking lot. I'm told there's no room or time for a fill. Don't put "Walk-In's Welcome" on your door if you're not able to accommodate them. Especially at an extremely NOT busy time of day/week. Do not come here
This has been my go-to place to get my nails done for about a year. It wasn't the best service I've ever had done, but it was enough. I've always had the younger woman and she is always very sweet. This overall cleanliness of the nail salon is very poor. I don't think I'd recommend getting a pedicure done here for that reason. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and decided to call in to cancel due to being ill. When I tried rescheduling for a different date, the man who was talking to me started literally yelling into the phone and was rude when I asked him to repeat himself. He was speaking very quiet and had already been difficult to understand. It only takes one bad, rude person to ruin a place of business. Needless to say, I'll be driving across town to get my nails done from here on out.
I went in for acrylics and the guy made the lengths crooked and I asked if he could even it out. He then got very upset with me and made my acrylics too thick and left a gap all the way around. He also made them uneven and lumpy. There are random points of acrylic on the tips, too. Very unprofessional. After bringing up that I wasn't happy with them, he tried to tell me that that is how they are supposed to be because of "x reasons." I repeatedly told him that I was not happy with them. I showed another woman getting her nails done and she agreed that they did not look good or how they were supposed to. So, reluctantly, he said he could remove them. So I sat down and he grabs a pair of knippers and is about to just rip of my entire nail! Very unprofessional and scary.
