This place is just awful! The spray tanning room is filthy including the floors and it's used as a storage place with open wires around...the garbage can is always full and someone is working the front desk looking extremely bored. Yes, this place (whatever it's called) is unreliable, and dirty, bottom line. They are rarely open and when they are, everyone looks so depressed/sad. The booths have old bulbs, they hardly answer the phone (and you can't hear them anyhow) and spray tanning liquid is always "on the way" after many days saying this please, how long does it take Federal Express-overnight! They always order the "wrong" product and you have to wait till someone knows (how hard is this!) to figure it out. The new owner should be in there doing "something" but apparently he's busy with other business' and well there you have it. I see people having their nails done-I'd be careful if I were them since there is a cesspool in the spray tanning booth bubbling up! Hey, new owner: make a difference instead of keeping your place this way, or just leave it and get it shut down. Blah!

Literally terrible after old owner sold to new owner. Before this place was bought I HAD NO PROBLEMS EVER. Been going here for 5 years. It was affordable, good customer service, good vibes. New owner brings bad service, terrible outrageous prices. A regular single tan went from 6 dollars to 11. Others from 9 to 15. Packages from 30 to 60. Doubling the price. One time I had an appointment and I show up and no ones there. Another time I come and they are closed due to "system problems." My most recent experience they clearly didn't clean their beds well and I had a rash/burn within 3 minutes. They couldn't care less. Pictures of my contact burn/irritation.

I really wanted to love this place and gave them multiple times to get it right. Unfortunately they are the only place somewhat close to my house (20 minutes) to tan. I was tanning there in October/November of last year and honestly each time was a disappointment. The beds were either all booked up, the bed I wanted was broken minimal result and the level one beds were pretty much useless. I gave it another go yesterday and paid $14 for a Level 3 bed . I haven't used a tanning bed since before Thanksgiving. I've been tanning a LONG time so I know how my skin reacts to the beds. I should have been very red considering it's been so long and I went straight for a level 3 bed for the full time. I have NO NOTICEABLE COLOR! NONE! Seriously. $14 for absolutely nothing. How disappointing. You guys need to change your bulbs. Seriously. What a rip off

Great place to tan. Very friendly staff, they take time to answer questions and are very knowledgeable. The beds are clean and very well maintained. The monthly tanning packages are priced well. Also a nice selection of tanning products. Glad I walked in!!
