Baci Salon Boutique in Countryside, IL

Excellent experience and follows all precautions during Covid. Masks required! When I arrived, I was asked to put my coat in a bag, cell in a baggie and wash my hands. The whole staff was kind and friendly. I went in a for trim and left with amazing, beautiful curls that I didn't know I had. Colleen took her time with me and gave me tips and recommendations. Thank you Baci Salon Boutique! Will definitely be back!!

Had a wonderful and relaxing experience at Baci. I wasn't happy with my color and they made it all better. They truly listened to what I wanted and were also honest and realistic with me. The atmosphere is so relaxing! All the staff (and other customers) were so friendly and I felt like I've been going there for years. They have interns there which I liked because it helps me understand what's going on with my hair. They paid such close attention and took their time so I really felt comfortable. But the interns were great! They're going to make great stylists. It was a little pricier than I expected but they did a lot with my hair (I was there for almost 6 hours) but I got a free bottle of shampoo and conditioning treatment! It was worth it though, my hair looks and feels amazing. I didn't know my hair could get to this point. Highly recommend them!!!

OUTSTANDING!!!! After having a horrible experience at another nearby salon, I was lucky to find Baci's information on Yelp. Not only they accepted my last minute appointment request, but also did an amazing job fixing my hair! I am so happy with the results and I can't wait to go back for other services. It get busy really quickly, so I would definitely recommend calling ahead of time. I am sure they will be as welcoming and helpful as they were to me today!

WONDERFUL! I had recently moved from Los Angeles to the Chicago area and began searching for a salon. The reviews of Baci Salon Boutique caught my eye and I contacted them through FB and Yelp. Within an hour, the owner, contacted me and answered all my questions. Immediately, I felt comfortable. I called the next day to schedule an appointment, and again, wonderful customer service. On my appointment day I was greeted warmly by the entire staff. Colleen, the owner, took her time to answer my questions and see what was best for my hair. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I love how all the stylist work together with each customer. What a great place this must be to work. Friendly, helpful, and caring! I loved my hair and will always be visiting with wonderful salon. What a relief to know I found a great place immediately in my move!

Colleen consulted with me about what I wanted in a haircut thoroughly and thoughtfully, and made a recommendation, taking into account my lifestyle and ability to maintain my "coiffe" - relatively low maintenance with options for styling. She gave me an updated classic Bob, cutting several inches of lank, lack-lustre hair that had been relegated to a ponytail or an updo for several months! Colleen, her stylists, and staff were very warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Two other women who were there had a loyal relationship with the Salon, and were very complimentary. I was given sample sachets of products as I checked out. What a relief not to be put on the spot and "up-sold" on products . I made an appointment for next time! I'll be returning for some of the other services they offer, before that....
