I have been going there for the past 9 months. Paying $35 for fillings. They have done really great work at the beginning. The past 2 months have been absolutely horrible. Coffin nails crooked acrylic is bumpy. I have been getting color changing nails the colors have changed correctly. I went in a week A week & a 1/2 week ago and asked for the Blue the changing. $40 this time for not asking why $5 more., I did not ask any questions. Probably my fault. They did not change colors 2 days later I went in and said they did not change color. The male put them underneath the UV light and said wow they do not change color. I requested a neutral tone that does not change color. He then charged me $20, I just paid left no tip. I don't think I should've paid but I hate confrontation. Ten minutes ago my nail chipped never happened before.. I called explaining what has been going on. She said any and everything that could be MY FAULT! so they wouldn't fix my nails without them charging me. I work hard for my money! I thought I found a good NAIL SALON. JUST SHARING MY EXPERIENCE. You may be happy once but not a return customer. Sad that the store I love which is MEIJERS would let someone's business in their business to offer a service that they fail at.something that is going to take people's hard working money for a service that is BS.Do not go there because if you are not happy with your nails that you spend $40 to get a fill in and then tip $10 Every Time Loyally they will BLAME ON YOU if you ever have a complaint. MEIJERS should get rid of them a immediately put a Subway there who flipping cares. Don't put a nail salon that does not you good work continuously in THE Royal Oak LOCATION.
went to get a set of acrylics with my friend. while i was getting my nails filed i got a bad cut and the guy doing my nails never apologized. they made me choose a new nail color 2 different times because they either "didn't have it" or i "couldn't have" that specific color. i was told to pay and tip before he started painting my nails so he "wouldn't mess up". never going back here and i advise that you never go there either.
