B-Happy Nails & Spa in Maricopa, AZ

The first two times I went here the service was good. The third time the service was terrible and the guy kept trying to sand my skin. He also cut my cuticles twice. Not impressed. This last time was absolutely the worst service ever. I had a basic pedicure with callous removal. I also had a basic manicure. At least that is what I asked for. I was overcharged for the services or lack of for a start. I had to actually come home and fix both my finger and toe nails. The surfaces were all ridged from the gel removal and I had to file all my nails. I will never recommend this place or be returning. I wish I could do less than one star.

I love this salon. JJ is the nicest person on the planet, and I smile every time I see her. She does a wonderful job every time, and she knows how to upsell like no other. I don't mind though because she always makes me feel beautiful and proud to be me, and she gives the BEST leg and foot massages. Having been in the military, I don't have much feeling in my feet, so I need someone with very strong hands to bring circulation back into my feet. She anticipates my needs every visit, and she asks about my family. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and she takes the time to memorize those little details that make a well-rounded customer experience.

Trash work for high prices. Got a spa pedicure and got little to nothing but trash paint on my toe nails. It was not at all smooth. I want to show a photo but we all know feet pics are not free in today's day and age lol. I will not go back and i don't recommend having any average expectations before coming here.

Worst pedicure in my life. I had a male technician. He rushed my nails. He was rude and cocky. The nails were left at all different lengths. I lost a toe nail (my real nail) about 5 weeks after pedicure. The gel polish started coming off after a week and a half. Also the salon was filthy. Disgusting. Dust everywhere. Front desk display was filled w junk. Several water features were not in use and were disgusting w dust and water corrosion. I owned a hair salon for many many years. I don't know how this place doesn't get shut down by state board. I wish I could give it negative stars. So disappointed

I came here twice. The first time was okay. Until I ask for something out of their lazy way. I wanted coffen shape nails but the tech gave me square.I wanted a different nail design out side of theirs I had a picture the tech who did my nails didn't do the design but the younger women did and took forever to finally do them.. When I showed her the picture she made it seem like it was too difficult.. I told her just do something simliar. She did I only wanted one nail designed and she was complaining and was trying to force me to get her design after I already paid ..the here comes the worst part... So I decided. To give them another chance and went again But this time a new tech did my nails. He was rough and kept hitting my cuticle with the drill as if he was doing it on purpose.. Then I ask for my pictured design.. Which was lines and dots they complained and try to charges me$15 for a $10n nail design because they were too lazy to get out of the ordinary and satisfy their customer. So I will never ever go back.. They are lazy and I didn't get what I wanted. Hated it...
