I came to BB studios for a full highlight, after trying a few other salons in the area. I think BB studios is the best salon, especially Jessie, who did my hair yesterday. The color is amazing. She was really sweet and fun to talk to and the service is unmatched by any places that I've been around here. Plus, the price is very reasonable for how great my results are.
I came in for a stray tan and it was absolutely wonderful! All of the girl were super nice and helpful when I was trying to decide how dark or light to go. The spray tan was perfect with no streaks and did not leave me feeling sticky after. I highly recommend coming here for spray tans for any event.
The only place I will trust with all my beauty needs! I have been seeing Sage at BB for 3 years now and she has saved my hair. When I transitioned from blonde to brunette she helped me get the color I needed! I still continue to see her and add dyes or glazes whenever needed. I also get my brow lamination with Leila and she kills it every time. Another thing I get are the Brazilian waxes with Leila. The prices at BB are amazing and Leila is so gentle and makes sure your comfortable the entire time!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this place. I repeatedly called for weeks trying to schedule a service, and even went in twice personally because of its convenient location near FSU where I study. Despite multiple requests and assurances from the women working there that they would call me back, no one ever contacted me. It went on like this for months before I decided to write this review. Their lack of professionalism and incompetence is evident, showing a complete disregard for customer service and quality. It seems they don't need to make an effort because they can rely on their location to keep clientele. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
