Shout out to this nail salon for a perfect pedicure. I've waited over a year to get one and they definitely delivered. The tech took so much care in prepping my toes, didn't rush and was friendly and smiling the whole time. This is a no frills place, which is totally fine with me, the service is excellent.
Went here with my sister-in-law for a Manny Petty. My manicure was OK but there were uneven parts from where they drilled the top of my acrylics. hey filed down my toenails which I didn't want them to do and now they look uneven and ridged. My acrylics are already lifting and I've only had this set for less than a week. Might go again just won't get acrylics and when I have a pedicure I will specify please do not drill down my toenails.
I received the best manicure I've had here ! I can't wait to go back for another and maybe even a pedicure too next time. I got a gel French and it was perfect and they listened to what I wanted!!!!
After reading the reviews, I was skeptical to go but I am so glad I did! Upon arriving, I had to wait for a half an hour which was the only downfall but it was so worth the wait! The service was amazing I had an excellent pedicure! I also got a manicure too and for 35 dollars I really felt great when I left! The people were so friendly and you could really tell how happy the customers were around you! I live on the North side of Syracuse and when I go back to Manlius I will be sure to come to Autumn's again!
The place is filthy dirty. They do not follow basic hygiene and cleaning procedures. The girl that gave me my manicure and pedicure was incredibly rough - including the massages, as though she was taking out some aggression on me. I will not go back.
