Mariah knew exactly what I wanted without me having to tell her much. She is a true professional, attentive, and worked on my hair like an artist. Highly recommend seeing her for men's haircuts! Absolutely incredible work.
Mona cut my hair last week. I asked for an even, straight on all sides bob haircut, with straight across babydoll bangs. This is what she did- uneven all around, with straggling pieces missed sticking out from underneath in several spots, as well as not same length on one side as other side. I called after a week of showing it to friends and everyone agreeing it is a very badly done/ unprofessional haircut and I should demand my money back. I called the store and told Mona the cut she gave me is jagged, unprofessional and I would like my money back. She stated "absolutely under no circumstances " would she refund my money. She suggested maybe I am just parting my hair wrong and that is the reason it seems uneven. I assured her the part isn't the issue, there are literally jagged pieces of hair sticking out. She said she would "fix it for me". This is unacceptable. Avoid this salon due to unprofessional behaviors and bad /poor haircutting skills. This type of mistake should've never have happened at the hands of an apparently experienced salon owner/stylist!
