At Peace Salon and Spa in Monroe, WA

I've taken my 7yr old son twice now to see Brittney. He hasn't been the easiest child to give a haircut to in the past (very stressful for everyone involved), but Brittney knew how to engage him, make him feel comfortable, was SUPER QUICK and his haircut was the best he's ever had!

My favorite stylist transferred over to this location. Brittney Kuna who has done my hair for several years now provides her service at this location..I didn't even know this place existed and I've lived in this area for 12 years.. cute little salon with lots of options. Hair, nails, lashes, tinting, tattooing permanent makeup etc.. I'm not sure what everyone's rates are but Brittney is fabulous. $35 for a haircut which is just as good as when I went to Gene Juarez without the markup and price. she's done color for me in the past as well and is extremely reasonable and I really liked the turnout. If you're looking for fun sassy style even with a tint of color this is your place to go. If you blink you might miss it as you drive by. It's off of woods Creek road just before the Safeway entrance.

I moved to Monroe in June and recently did a bunch of research for a good hairstylist as I was way overdue for a cut. Liz highlighted, cut, and styled my hair today. She did such a beautiful job, giving me the ash-blonde look I was hoping for and an excellent cut. You can tell that she really takes pride in her work and wants you to leave happy. She'll be my go-to hairstylist moving forward. *Note: I think it's important to know that she did not ask me to review, I chose to do so because I was so impressed by her work. Her knowledge and attention to detail is exactly what a client would look for in a hairstylist!

This is a sweet little salon, in an unassuming strip mall, but once you walk through the door, the care and style of the owner are apparent. I always consider the cleanliness and condition of a salon's interior to be reflective of the ability and care a stylist will provide. My stylist, Holly, and the other ladies of the salon, are seasoned professionals, offering everything from the current styles, to eclectic and cutting edge. Color is one of Holly's specialties and she does an incredible job of matching a client's desires with a unending palette of colors and combinations. The price is typical for a private salon. I have never been disappointed in her work.

I had to find a new salon due to my stylist moving out of state. Rachel was recommended to me and so I set an appointment. Not only was I getting a color but also a completely new hairstyle. Rachel was consultative, listened and gave feedback. The end result was fantastic! She is talented and made me feel comfortable right from the start! I cannot recommend her enough. I'm already scheduled for my next visit.
