I booked an appointment for 11:00 am and they were very rude and my pedicure never happened. It is not very clean in the nail salon and I would not recommend this place at all. When you book an appointment you should not have to wait over 18 minutes to get started.
I thought I'd be happy to find a salon much closer than my regular one. I went for a pedicure. Apparently, because there was a tiny shaving nick on one leg, he refused to do anything more than trim my nails and apply polish. I would have had no problem to pay, maybe $10. Then charged me $40.00. That is nearly twice what I pay at my regular salon for a great spa pedi., massages, lotions, everything. As far as I'm concerned, it was a total rip off and I'll go back to driving to my regular salon. Very disappointed.
I'm so picky that I had started doing my own nails a couple years ago because I couldn't find a nail salon that I felt was worth spending my money at. However, I'm also not a professional and they take me forever to do.. It was my birthday last week and I needed them done but didn't have the time so I decided to get them done somewhere nearby and am so happy I did! Annie took such great care of me and even helped me pick out the perfect color (which is also super hard for me to do). I almost wish she hadn't done such a great job because now I want to continue getting them done here.. I highly recommend AT Nails!
John did a fantastic job shaping my wife's nails. Another tech did outstanding on the Galaxy art for the paint. Showed her a photo, and she was spot on. I especially enjoyed the pedicure treatment. Everyone was very nice and sociable during our time there. Highly recommend.
Had a gel manicure and pedicure. The polish chipped off within 3 days. I called to have the polish redone and was told to come back in. Annie was so rude to me about this I was treated very poorly. Also the pedicure was so rough I had to tell him to stop twice because he was hurting me. Never again!
