TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been to this salon four times. I've only had my nails done once here; and still had to wait 30 mins with NOBODY else in the shop and three technicians there. Recently today I was told I'd have to wait less than 10 mins. I say for 20 and still no help. I don't know if it's because I'm a man or what but this isn't acceptable service at all.
Sunny has been in business for 20+ years. Works with her family. Very attentive and accommodating to a loyal customer base. I've know her 21 years. Does manicures, pedicures, full sets, eyebrows and more.
This salon used to be owned by a lady named sunny who still owns a salon down the road from this place. She sold this place to one of her workers named Linda. Linda serviced me before and I liked her work so when she moved I was happy to go. For many months she was the only licensed tech in the salon, which meant you had to wait hours to get your nails done. since then she has gotten new nail techs and I have been back about 4 times to give her another try, each time more disappointing than the last. The last time I was there it took 2.5 hours for a "new" nail tech to give me a fill in.S he could not get it right and before the end of the week, all of my nails were lifting. The quality of their products is poor and so is the service.
Worst pedicure & manicure ever by young mixed girl. Chick rubbed my legs and feet with hand soap not scrub. She put soap in water not the green stuff. Nails were super clean as if I cleaned them myself. She was really nice. SERIOUSLY my 8 year old daughter gives better pedicures. This girl was terrible. She was lazy and clumsy on top of poor performance in foot scrubbing so I was kind of glad she didn't bother to pull out the cheese grader thing to remove dead skin. Cleaning under nails she was rough and omg someone please hide the cuticle cutters from this girl too. "Scary" Needless to say I will not be returning here and terribly regret the money and time wasted not returning to the same nail salon I went to last time.
This is my go to nail spot. I get a shellac polish with Peter regularly and his work is excellent and lasts. The speediness and price is excellent.This place is a treasure to me.
