Zero Stars. When a consumer posts an honest review and you as a professional post their name, picture and private messages online for everyone to see this is defamatory and encourages bullying. I originally wrote a review after I had experienced her services and she apologized profusely and asked for my address to send free products to In Order to rectify the situation. Not that this would, but she was looking to have my review taken down and once it was, I never heard from her again. I then followed up to reiterate my negative experience quite some time later and she shared my messages to her personally and my public review to her followers on her business page for everyone to see. She went on to say that my hair was frail and weak (after a week prior having her put extensions in my hair), so much so that it couldn't have supported a clip that weighed wayyyy less than a pound. She also claimed to have been treated poorly by myself and my bridesmaids, which couldn't be further from the truth. She flat out lied because she wanted sympathy and support from her followers and it worked. But what else would you expect? She also convoluted my description of her actions being "weird" into some sort of anti LGBTQIA attack, which was entirely not the case. I meant "weird" as In unexpected, strange and unnatural that this person flat out refused to put a hair clip on the side of my head I preferred. That's it. Here in Buffalo, there are so many other hair stylists that respect their clients and remain professional while simultaneously providing their clients with reasonable services they want and deserve. If you're in search of a new salon and are considering Sandra Jean Wilson's Arrowhead Salon, consider my experience before booking that appointment.
I had the best salon experience that I've ever had at arrowhead Salon. The fantasy color knowledge that these ladies have is incredible. Jada did an amazing job and my hair has literally never looked better. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone. Go there, you'll love it

Sandra is a sorcerer with hair. Ive been going to her for about 2 years and I refuse to let anyone else touch it. Ive switched my hair from blonde to blue to basically every color in the rainbow and NO BREAKAGE EVER! She takes her time and takes every step with care to ensure your hair stays as healthy as possible. Also go and get a Brazilian Blow out from her!! Its worth every penny!! when she's done you will have f******g Barbie hair! My hair is naturally extremely frizzy. After I got it done I can literally let it air dry and it's luxurious and frizz free. It cuts my hair routine in half! Please go to Arrowhead you wont be dissapointed.
