Looks like a good place for nails, but I do not recommend for a blow out! My mother and I were in town for my father's funeral and wanted blowouts. The salon confirmed that they could take both of us at a certain time. When we arrived, we found out it would be just 1 woman doing both of us, so we felt rushed (didn't want to be late for the funeral!). I told the stylist that I have VERY long, thick hair and that I recommended doing the curls very tight and very hot so they'd last. I went first and by the time my mom was done, my hair had a slight wave. By the time we got to the funeral, my hair was straight. The stylist blamed it on my hair cut and said I didn't have enough layers. When I curl my hair it lasts a few days. I wouldn't recommend this salon for blowouts. On the plus side, the shampoo felt nice!
I have been going to this salon for years. They are amazing. My experience has already been top notch. Now i even take my kids here for haircuts.
OVERVIEW REVIEWSCame for my appointment on time. The stylist I was supposed to see just started a haircut. Her station all the way at the end of this fairly large place...never bothers to come to the front to inform me how long I'll have to wait, offer a place to sit (their sofas are turned away so you can't sit) or even acknowledge my existence other than asking if I need help when I walked in. Gave her a chance. Waited 10 more min...nothing...so I left. On top of that I observed that a jeep with the salon logo is parked in the only handicapped parking spot in front of the salon. Yes, it had an handicapped tag but if it's your business car and you park there the whole day that rubs me wrong. Not to mention the fact that even a person who's not handicapped would have great difficulty climbing into that jeep with the super large tires. If this was the only salon left on earth I guess I'll have to change my name to Rapunzel. I got my hair done a few years ago and the lady destroyed my hair. I asked for balayage and instead she created a dip dye look. It was nothing like I asked for. The owner was super nice and let me come back. She then re dyed it to what i originally had. It looked fine but the dye washed out after a few months leaving my hair fried. Waste of $200.
I went to Anthony Vincent to get a balyage/Ombre. I was recommended to Kristin who completely destroyed and ruined my healthy hair. Since it was Christmas eve and the salon closed while I was inside, I wasn't able to do much. I was told by Kristin that I need to have a hair cut soon too (I only opted for a balyage without a haircut). When I came back home and inspected my hair, they were completely fried!!!! The ombre seemed like a horrible job plus she charged me $250 plus (excluding the tip)!!! Moreover, the atmosphere in there is highly highly unprofessional. People were eating pizza and cookies while hair was flying everywhere. Cellphone personal calls were being attended, loud talking and hairdressers stepping out for a cigarette break while their client is on their seats! I do not recommend this salon to anyone! Save your money and time! Find a better salon!
