Honestly I have no complaints about the nail services provided. My nails were great. I'm from Baltimore and my nail tech was good. I believe her name was Nicole. It's the price that I take issue with. $50 for a basic fill in and a basic pedicure is too high for me personally. No designs , no extra services I felt like I was being "Got" but my shape was amazing
In town for work and had been a while since I had my nails trimmed. Saw that Angkor had good reviews and was not for from where I am staying. Got the standard mani and pedi done. Was a walk in and luckily there wasn't many people there. Got right in a chair and got my nails trimmed up pretty fast. Very friendly and polite service.
Worst pedicure I ever had!!! The technician was extremely unfriendly & rude. Nails chipped later that evening.
I have never gotten my nails done before and after reading so many good reviews I decided to come here. My nails came out really good. Painted exactly how I wanted them. However, when asked what shape of nail I wanted, I said oval and the nail tech, kinda laughed and said "you mean almond?" Last time I checked, oval is a nail shape and is different from almond. The fact that a nail tech, doesn't or has never even heard of oval nails, is very strange to me. I ended up with almond nails cause I didn't want to argue and I was already stressed as it was my first time. But my nails still came out very pretty. However it was pretty expensive. Cost me $81. So not sure if I'll come back. Might find somewhere cheaper.
Came here with my bridal party to get our nails done the day before my wedding. I made an apt about a month in advance and they were very accommodating and made sure our group was all seated together and being worked on at the same time. We all got gel manis and regular pedis and they came out looking fabulous. I was kind of indecisive at first on how I wanted my nails to look but Kay walked me through my options and gave me time to think about it. I was also very happy with the cleanliness and the effort that was made to comply with COVID restrictions. Would definitely recommend Angkor Nails for your important and formal events!
