My first time there, and I was lucky enough to have an appointment with Richard. He suggested gel nails, saying they won't flake like regular polish. I chose my color and length and off we went. I'm very pleased with the results and the overall experience. I chose pink, but am thinking maybe next time I'm going with a more natural appearance. The place was very clean and well designed, so yes, I will be returning!
How this place has 5 stars from anyone is beyond me. This was the longest, worst nail experience of my life. I could write a novel about things that went wrong. My nails were drilled so hard and so long that they were in SEARING pain by the time they finished, absolute worst pain I've ever had from getting my nails done. On top of that the end result looks mediocre at best. The finish is completely bumpy, the color isn't what I wanted, and there are visible mistakes everywhere. But the worst part of this experience was the conversation. I'm all for conversation while getting my nails done, but this man utilized the MOST INAPPROPRIATE conversation topics I have ever experienced. I'm in absolute shock over how bad this experience was. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere.
