This use to be the best place to get your nails done and yes they are usually on pricey side but that didn't matter since they were always done beautifully but this time the really dropped the ball I told the First Lady that I really would like for her to clean under the nail where acrylic usually builds up like a littl ball which tends to trigger me to pick on the nail. she said she knows but didn't clean them correctl. then another lady sits to do the 3 nail that have French paint and two nail with a design. if she felt that the design was difficult I would have preferred for her to say so. but it wasn't looking good so I asked her to not bother with the one design and make it French like the other so that way it was simpler to which her response was she didn't have time to fix that. she didnt even put clear on the remaining fingers and got up and sat with another customer. I told her that I would not mind to wait for someone else to finish but left me there like an idiot I waited 5-7 min to hear a direction however was treated like a pest. So i began to feel uncomfortable and told listen just forget it I'll just pay and leave. I told her why I was leaving and how I was not happy with how they looked. she charged me 73 dollars either way. attached Is the image of what I wanted this is what I left with. I don't know what happen with this place it was the spot back then. I left crying of the disappointe.

This place is way too expensive & inconsistent! The prices change based on how they feel that day . You come in for an appointment you scheduled ahead of time and wait an hour still to get seen . I wouldn't recommend !!!!

I visited this nail salon last Saturday with my best friend in preparation for a birthday party. Our excitement quickly turned into disappointment upon arrival. To start, there was no color booklet available to help us choose our nail colors, which was a frustrating setback. My manicure experience was nothing short of a disaster. Over the past 15 years, I've had numerous nail treatments, but this was undoubtedly the worst. The lady who attended to me seemed to lack the skill and precision I had come to expect. The end result was far from satisfactory. Moving on to the pedicure, things didn't get any better. I had requested a vibrant lime green color, but they ended up applying white nail polish instead. This mix-up was disappointing, to say the least. What's more, the salon completely overlooked the ingrown toenails I had mentioned, and now, five days later, I'm in significant pain, requiring another visit despite having paid a substantial $115 for both the gel Manicure and Pedi. The duration of the pedicure was astonishingly long, almost two hours, and what made it even more perplexing was that three different staff members worked on it. This disjointed approach added to the overall negative experience. I used to be a regular customer here five years ago when the salon was under different management. Sadly, it seems the quality and skill level of the current staff have deteriorated significantly. This is a far cry from the salon's previous standards, and it's a real shame. Given my recent experience, I cannot recommend this salon, and I'll be searching for a new place for my future nail care needs.

Went here for an appointment at 2:30 last Saturday and it will be the last time I EVER go here. Started off choosing a basic pedicure ($35), added gel and I wanted like an opalescent white color. No one greeted me and then I went around side and said "hello, I'm here for my pedicure", the woman didn't even look at me and just pointed at the wall and said "pick a color". It's very confusing how they have their polished displayed and there were like no books or example nails etc that were present to be able to actually see the colors. So the woman doing my nails then said "oh I can use the chrome powder to make it shimmery". I said "ok cool". Well after and HOUR & FOURTY minutes this is what I ended up with...see pics!!! Then go to pay because I had to leave as I had a birthday dinner to attend and she said my bill was $66! So make sure to read all the chalk board because they charge $17 for adding gel, $17!! Then added another $10 for the chrome which I was completely unaware would be an up charge. So I paid $66 for a pedicure that took almost 2 hours and looks like a child did...DO NOT GO HERE

Nails fell off within days and I work at a desk. Overpriced. Rude owner when asked to discuss a discount. Did not get the type of nails initially asked for anyway. Other nail salons in town more professional. So not recommend.
