If I could give this place more stars I would. I am absolutely thrilled with how my nails look every time I leave here. The nail techs are very talented and kind. I broke a nail and they so generously fixed it for me! Favorite spot in Durham.

I used to go here all the time. They usually do such a great job and for a reasonable price. I always make an appointment as they are usually busy. Yet, I went the other day to get a tips and dip set. They were slightly busy so it seemed like the lady that did my nails was rushing. At a first glance they are pretty but close up they are crooked and messy. I think that if you have so many appointments that you have to rush through them, dont take so many appointments. I will be finding a different nail salon for the future.

I am a hairstylist and I've been getting acrylic nails for like ever!! I decided to give my Nails a break and was really self-conscious of not having my claws. I did SNS with tips the first time and ended up loving it, the next time I went in my nails were long enough that I didn't need the tips anymore, I am very heavy handed and my nails don't usually last me the full 2 weeks. Every time I visited this place to get my SNS it definitely has lasted the full 2 weeks and even 3 weeks! They don't chip or break and they grow out nicely. The pricing is reasonable and I would definitely recommend this place!

Moving to this state it's been very difficult to find new everything. I have given this nail salon 7 months and probably 3 out of the 7 months I went was an okay experience. I'm not sure how nobody can tell the difference from real vs fake nails, especially if their techs are the one doing them. I've gotten crappy nail service. For simple nails like a gel manicure / pedicure, it's sloppy, the shape is always off. I'm not a picky person and I am not one to embarrass anybody, I give everyone a chance. The prices are ridiculous just for something so simple. The weekend of 4th of July was the last straw. I booked for a simple color change on my toes because getting a pedicure was never worth the $ anymore and a gel manicure. I never got the manicure I got a sloppy color change while in the pedicure chair. This woman wanted to rush to get out bc it was a holiday the next day. If you wanted to leave so bad why did you allow me to make this appointment? I still had green on my nails from the month before. The shaping of my nails were horrible . I have real long natural nails and they are treated less than. I've seen reviews about "it's because I'm black " it could be the case . Considering what state this is. I pay $71 in New York and that's without tip. They are high priced . I've paid different prices and I get the same thing. Weird. I had to return back to the salon the day after the holiday and waste 2 hours to get my nails done over . Very irritating. You should be ashamed to do this to somebody's nails that is paying you & on top of that would give a tip. Things like this make me not return to their establishment. It was a nice salon but my nails were not treated properly.

If I could leave zero reviews I would ! I walked in for a walk in appointment on a Wednesday at 4:10 pm . I have a scarf on my head because my birthday is this week and I have a hair appointment later today which is not the point at all . I walk in didn't feel welcome at all . YES IM BLACK! A lady walks towards me ask what I need I respond a pedicure and eyebrows she says we won't be able to help you until 5:30 -6 . There's 5 workers in there . 3 not working . 1 sitting at the desk on her phone . But no one can help me for another hour . Did I mention it was only 2 other customers in there being serviced .
Yes I'm embarrassed and feel like my money isn't as good as there's ? But I'm neighbors to the other "paying customers" so my rent is good enough . Ok . Will NEVER come here again and won't recommend to anyone
