Love this salon! All of my friends came here in high school and when I moved home a year ago, I decided to give them a try! I have since moved away, but still travel back on weekends to go here! The stylists make their own schedules which is so nice. You can book with them and pay them directly. So some work on Saturdays, which is very convenient and they all have their own prices. My sister has gone to Sara, she is amazing! I go to Rachel and love her! She does the best job and I'm always in and out so quickly! My old salon used to take forever haha and her prices are very reasonable! She is also very friendly and personable :) Definitely recommend checking them out by checking out their Instagram then checking out individual stylists pages to see who specializes in what you are looking for and to see who is taking new clients!

Ok first of all, the decor and simple design is BEAUTIFUL!! I absolutely loved looking around while I was getting my hair done and just having such a pleasant room to look at without it being cluttered or over the top. It is very spacious and doesn't feel clustered even with how many booths are around you. This was my first time at this salon and Jessie B. did EXACTLY what I asked for!! There was no miscommunication whatsoever and I left with the exact cut and color that I wanted. Jessie has great customer service and we were able to just talk and laugh the entire time. Time seriously flew by and she was right on with the amount of time she quoted me by text for my appointment. Oh also, if you have ever had that horrible experience with the wash bowl that just leaves your neck aching, you can kiss that memory goodbye! They have these pads in the bowl that hold your head up and it is extremely comfortable!! I could have fallen asleep, that's how freaking great they are!! I 100% recommend this salon and hope everyone has as great of an experience as I did.

The stylists here are great, but the management not so much. They are somewhat following protocols for Covid-you and your hairstylist are required to wear masks during your appointment. However, if you are early to your appointment, you are forced to sit outside. I didn't drive myself, so this was a huge pain and honestly a bit rude, since I had an appointment scheduled. Also, calling the reception phone number doesn't always work - for me, it goes straight to voicemail often.

Like most people, I'm very particular about my hair and I'm really scared about trying new things. I recently went to another salon and was mortified at the result. Jenn fit me into her schedule last minute and not only fixed the other salon's mistake, but I actually ended up loving the end result. Y'all, believe me when I tell you that I will NEVER go anywhere to get my hair done other than Alli Robert's salon and I live almost an hour away! Jenn calmed my anxiety, listened to what I actually wanted, talked me through the process, and was honest about what to expect. She is so sweet and so talented, she's cut my hair flawlessly in the past and today she saved me from going into work looking like a clown. Forever grateful and highly recommended. It's worth the money, worth the time, and worth the drive. Don't think twice and book an appointment, you won't regret it. Thank you again, Jenn! -a forever fan and client!
