I was pleased at first but then felt that Chasidy did not care. I went back for more low lights. She bleached out several strands in my hair ( lifting I think it's called) and all these treatments left my hair like straw! And definitely not the color I wanted. I was devastated.
I texted her for help. She got defensive even though I told her I understood these things can happen. She did tell me to go to Ulta and get some redken products. They helped minimally.
Luckily, I found Lisa at Elevation Studios and she was able to help me restore my hair and enable me to venture outside without shame.
I was hoping to build a relationship with Chasidy but she seemed so negative about everything. I was uncomfortable in her presence.
On the flip side, I found the best person for me to align with for the rest of my life.
Whatever you do don't go to Sarah see anyone else she's super flaky and unreliable she doesn't do hair right at all very unprofessional
Janet Hernandez cuts all the men in our family's hair. A true barber that not only gives a great cut, but also straight razors the edges. Her head massages while giving a relaxing fingernail shampoo will put you to sleep. And the hot facial towel is also amazing. Professional, friendly and funny keeps up coming back for years to com!
Bad haircut from Sarah and it took over an hour....with no style done just a blow dry ( where she asked me to hold the dryer myself and hunch over upside down for a bit). Ended up with one side 2 inches shorter than the other. I knew it before I left but just wanted to leave. Had to go somewhere else to fix it the next day.
Just had a Brazilian by Reanon. She was so awesome, I was pretty nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely be back :)
