Called for appointment no call back, went by to get appointment she said she would text someone they would call if not she would no call from either. Guess I am not worthy to be all dolled up.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. This hair salon is the worst! It's like the ladies there don't even know what they're doing. I went and asked for a shoulder length cut and it ended up shorter than expected. It was also lop sided and not even. I then asked for my hair to be thinned out and she started harshly cutting into my hair with scissors. She left my hair looking very choppy and it looked like it had layers which I did not ask for. I had to continuously grow out my hair and keep cutting it so that It looked somewhat normal. Save your time and money and do not come here.
I had a thumb nail from a previous manicure break off this morning and right before a job interview. So I called All Dolled Up this morning a little after 10am and explained my situation, the girl I spoke with said she'd call their nail tech and find out what time she was coming in and to call back in a bit. So I call back about 45 minutes later to see what's up. The girl said she'd called the tech and told her she had someone who wanted to come in, so she would be coming in a little before 12:30pm. I get there at 12:40ish, stood in the middle of the shop for over 15 minutes while no one acknowledged me until finally the girl who was putting on someone's eyelashes looked up and asked what I wanted. I explained my situation and that I had called, and she asked around the shop if anyone had talked to someone about a thumb nail. NO ONE admitted to talking to me and to top it off the girl who does the nails looked at my hands, almost scared looking, and said she couldn't help me because she didn't have anything that would match..my nails are black and silver....and she had an appointment anyway. I was furious! Worst customer service experiences from a salon ever! Thanks for wasting my time, I'm glad I didn't waste any of my money!
