I was in the salon for over an hour to get my nails done a person came to do my nails and she stopped before she even started and never completed my nails and send me back to the front. Customer service is terrible and the workers do not communicate well with customers
Very bad experience wouldnt recommend at all this happened on 7/11/2020. I had two people work on my feet a women and the manager a man. Due to the women cutting my nails too short it was hard to make round my nails. After I told her again and again what I wanted. The manager attempted to help but with this work I see why the employees aren't being properly trained.
I RARELY WRITE REVIEWS YET ALONE BAD ONES! DO NOT GO HERE. I paid $28 for a mani + gel, what an absolute atrocious job. It looks as though I painted it myself. These photos are actually from the SECOND take. I had to request my tech to repaint because of the streaks + particle on my finger. Unfortunately she did it again and did not correct it. She was sweet but what an extremely poor job. Now my friend had an acrylic gel set. She had a photo reference of coffin nails. Her tech made the nails incredibly lopsided as well as uneven & too thick We ended up talking to the manager that shaped out her nails tho they don't look great they look better. Though he was rough handling her hands clearly showing he was upset about us speaking out. Which is an INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL THING TO DO. He told me he couldn't fix my nails and my original nail tech would have to do it since he was busy. Yet why would I want the SAME TECH who did my nails TWICE to give it another go? That'd be a COMPLETE WASTE OF ALL OUR TIME. Now I am going to return tomorrow to have the manager redo my nails. I'll be sure to on my experience and results tomorrow. I should've read the reviews but I assumed my friend had prior to usarriving. We both learned a major lesson!!!!
