I used to have a good experience at this location, but went in this time and asked for a gel mani & gel Pedi. They needed to remove my existing gel and acrylics . They gave me a price and then changed it three -four times while I was sitting in the chair. They were laughing and talking to each other while performing the service and at the end of each laugh, it was a price change. I finally just asked them to use regular nail polish and forget the nails. I had no problem with the price, but the communication, constant change and rudeness. Do yourself a favor and go to Best Nails on Fruitville. They've got the best customer service around and it's a much happier environment.
Language barrier becomes your problem. Owner and his wife yelled at a customer next to because their tech didn't speak English. How dare they! It's only nail polish and there is no excuse to scream at a customer on a room full of people. I will never go there again
Terrible. They rush you through so fast that you can't possibly relax. I got my cuticle cut and the tech chuckled. $100 and four hours later, my gel is peeling.
What a bad experience! I came with my daughter and granddaughter and we wanted to be pampered and it literally was the worst experience we ever had. The chairs were very uncomfortable, the polish job looked awful and my granddaughter cried because they didn't put a starfish on her nail. Not ever coming back.
I recently moved to the area and wow I'm very impressed with this salon. They not only do amazing work.. but the prices are so affordable. The nail techs all seem to get along and make everyone feel comfortable. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
