The lady who does the nails is great. Her son, no way! The place is dirty. The foot baths are filthy. There is dust everywhere!!
I went in to this place for the first time to get a set of nails removed, I was going to get acrylics back on, but during the process of them being taken off with the unsanitary credit card and no gloves, my nail was ripped off of my nail bed by the card that they were using to take off my nails. I told them multiple times that it hurt and I was in pain and they continue to ignore me. I definitely will not be returning for any services.
Very basic. If your looking for pamper forget about it. Fast and no attention to detail. Pay a little more and avoid the rush of being fast. I wasn't impressed.
Second time going here and both times was a beyond HORRIBLE experience! I gave them the benefit of the doubt even thought the first time I went the customer next to me was getting yelled at because she didn't like how they did a botched paint job! The lady she had was rude! I thought to myself maybe it's just the worker having a bad day or something!!!!! Nope now I have went a second time and the lady was rude from the beginning! I also ended up with a BOTCHED nail job! My boyfriend could have painted my nails better! Not to mention that my nails are all different shapes and sizes! How does that even happen!? And she was upset when I asked to have them fixed! I left with a horrible experience, and bad nails! A customer next to me who was also getting her nails done and had the same nail issue even apologized for MY bad experience! No apologize from the nail tech. Or whatever they consider themselves ! JUST HORRIBLE!
EXCELLENT. I went in with jalopy nails and left with Ferrari nails! If you want a treat, have a Green tea pedicure. Worth every penny.
