Big mistake. Not impressed. No time taken to do a good job. Polish barely covers my nail. She stuck the wand into the polish once for 4 nails. Not a good service at all.
This place "looks legit" but I'd never been there. For the 2 hours, I was there--not one other client. I sit down after my pedicure to get my manicure and after filing and taking off polish she stops abruptly and asks for payment. I had not voiced any dissatisfaction--in fact, I said nothing as they didn't speak much English. But out of the blue--in mid-service, she asks for payment! RACIST much??? Too many "white" ladies come and leave unsatisfied and you categorically put me in that group because of my skin??? IDK but this was discrimination. Do NOT support what appears to be a very racist business. And NOT friendly at all--rude..she YELLED at me when I misunderstood her (in my shock!) I left as fast as I could. Terrible manicure. Trashy atmosphere overall.
This was easily the work experience of my life, I came to get a basic pedicure and the whole process took 10 minutes max, my entire pedicure was half assed, file was not even straight or close to what I asked for, and nail tech did not use the callus scrubber more than 4 seconds in each foot. My polish would look better if a 6 year old did it. Also, very unsanitary, nail tech wore the same gloves on me as his previous client, there was no sanitary wrapping in the foot bath.
I enjoy having my pedicures here. Every thing is sterilized and the people are friendly. I have never had a wait.
