they getting a little to comfortable ...after struggling from the pandamic and incomes have changed we dont have money to throw away..eve told me she is good with braiding short hair ..it hasnt been a month and a lot of braids have fallen out..they are famous for overbooking clients and that shows they are money hungry....my suggestion is to find a small braiding shop that cares about there client and not the money....and i been going here for years ...traveling a good ways to there shop..smh

I called and made an appointment a week prior to my appointment. Confirmed my appointment the night before. I was instructed to be there at 9am, I get there, and was told to have a seat downstairs. Two people come in after me and get there hair started. Two more people come in and we're told to have a seat. The owner comes downstairs to tell me "it's gonna be a two hour wait, her braids are bigger so it won't be that long" I said ok I'll wait. Me and the other customers end up taking a nap. 2 hours go by and I walked to get something to eat, I come back and one of the girls are gone, I'm not sure if she left or went upstairs to get her hair started, me and another girl just sitting and waiting. The owner comes down stairs and says she's almost done it wouldn't be long for us 2. Two more hours goes by, the other girl left. 30 more minutes went by, I got tired of waiting and left. I sat in the braiding shop from 9am to 1pm just waiting, didn't get a braid or anything. What a way to spend my birthday. At least I wanted my hair done, didn't even get that. But they do good braids. Time management sucks!
