Went for a blow out. Explained what I wanted was totally ignored, rushed and given the weirdest poofy blowout I've ever had. The opposite of what I asked for. So disappointing as it's right in my neighborhood. And she tried to sell me color - which I just had done.

I got a haircut here recently by Min. He seemed a bit quiet which is fine but when I explained what I wanted he seemed to understand and then do much to address those wishes . I paid $100 for the cut, where in the back didn't show much difference at all and in the front where he did cut more the length was actually uneven and I had to go to another place to get it fixed. He kept insisting on cutting my hair dry too but I don't think the hair itself was fully straight as he was rushing through the straightening process for him to get a clean cut so it looked choppy when I did it myself at home too.

Great hair cut! Have been here three or more times to cut my medium to long hair (fine and wavy/curly), and always left happy. I never have to worry about the hair dresser cutting more than I've asked (like at some places). I don't color my hair but I would trust this salon with coloring if I decided to make the leap.
