They have redone the salon and it's really nice. All new Pedi chairs and The place is really beautiful now. I got the deluxe pedicure. They give you a back massage with hot stones, hot stones on your legs. Massage on my arms and hands. It's worth every penny. They do such an amazing job. Now this is the only place I will come.
Well if I could give this place negative stars I would. I asked the lady who asked me what I wanted if they cleaned the utensils after completing a set of nails and she literally told me to get out. I asked because she had literally just finished a lady's nails and used the nail filer to wipe away the nails and skin that is unsanitary. They are rude to everybody that comes in and when talked about amongst peers it's a pattern. No way is that okay.
I got a full set of acrylics and my nails turned a nasty yellow color not long after getting them done. I went back to show them and see if they would fix them, they were extremely rude and said it had to of been something that I did. She rushed through the appointment then was unwilling to fix HER mistakes. She was rough and left several spots on my fingers bleeding.
