The customer service was horrible. I came in for a pedicure and the lady was extremely rude and aggressive. I would not recommend this place at all.
Clean, professional setting. Hard working staff with wide variety on colors of polish. Epic experience!
Best place! I love to let everyone know where I get my nails done! I've had so many compliments on my nails! They have looked new even after 3 weeks. Every where else I have gone they do not last as long. Also everyone is so kind!
If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in on NYE and asked for color acrylic. The man who did my nails insisted that it would be no problem. I wanted a simple style, short square/round, matte black nails.
When the man started doing my nails he cut my hand with the drill multiple times. No apology but I thought no big deal he's been making small talk and seems nice enough. Then comes the time to apply the color acrylic. He pulls out regular acrylic. I asked about the color acrylic and he said they didn't do that. I was upset because my nails were already filed down. Although I was annoyed I agreed to let him finish.
After finishing my nails (gel polish) I washed my hands and noticed the overall bumpy texted of my nails. There was also still visible shiny when my nails were supposed to be matte.
He said he could fix them so I then sat down another 15 for him to repaint my nails. I told him to just keep them shiny because he said the matte top coat made them bumpy. My nails looked good when I left and I tipped like I would any other time.
Fast forward to Jan. 1 most of my nails where chipped. Some peeled and where still wet underneath.
I went back to ask for a refund because I didn't want to spend anymore time at a nail salon to have chipped nails. I said they could soak them off and refund the money or I would do it myself. The same man who did my nails never apologized and was very nasty when he did offer to fix my nails. He told me their policy was no refunds however this was not stated during the time of service.
Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR MORE IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME HERE. You'd be better off getting some polish from Sally's and doing them yourself.
Went on a family vacation and stopped here along the way. They were very friendly to us. I personally didn't get anything done but my mom and sis love their work.
