I love Danny and the woman that sits next to him. My nails are getting healthy after decades of acrylics (did them myself). These two do such great work!! I'm almost to the point where I can just get clear gel to protect my natural nails. I don't want to go anywhere else.
I came in last Friday and saw the owner harass and cuss out one of the nails techs infront of the whole salon in English and Viet which caused the technician to quit on the spot due to the boss' unprofessionalism. The other technician Tien was also being super rude during that time while i got my nails done. Such chaos. Will not be coming back here again. They also talk behind their customers back in Vietnamese.
I'm leaving a review 5 weeks after my gel mani. Not a single chip, crack or anything! I was so impressed with how long it lasted. More than 4.5 weeks before I experienced any lifting/snagging. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come back when visiting Oahu!
I couldn't get an appointment at my preferred nail salon so tried this place because it was close to me. Bad idea. The lady never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted so I ended up with a basic pedicure. She shoved my shoes on my feet as soon as she was done eating, smearing the polish in the process. She tried to just slap on another layer of polish and was irritated when I asked her to take the polish off that toe so it wasn't lumpy. Overall the polish on all my toes is sloppy. Would not go back.
I was a little worried about how much I would like this place just based off of the negative reviews on here about quality, customer service etc. but honestly I was blown away. Everyone working there was super friendly and they did a great job. They made me feel super comfortable and it was the perfect way to treat myself Linn did my fingernails exactly how I asked and Trien did a great pedicure for me too. The prices could be a bit lower but it's worth it for the quality in my opinion. Just an FYI the website prices are wrong, check in the store for their updated price menu. I paid $175 for a full acrylic set with custom art and gems + a gel pedicure, for reference. Linn offered for me to come in for free anytime if my nails chipped/broke, she's a true queen and sweetheart ignore what the haters say on here!!!
