Unsure as to why Valerie had a bad experience but every time I go here Isabella is nice and always does a great job never trying to upsell anything Thank you for always taking care of me!

Isabela is my favorite in VA. She never disappointed me. Once I showed her a picture and she nailed it.

You would think customer service is the managers/owners main priority, but apparently charging people extra is her main goal. My grandmother wanted highlights, so she contacted one of the stylists that normally does her hair to see if she could book an appointment since she knew it was a requirement. The stylist let my grandmother know she was unsure of her schedule and that she would call her back to let her know. The stylist never reached out, so my grandmother took it upon herself to go to the salon and see if by any chance she could get her hair done by someone else that same day or at least book an appointment. She went in and was immediately asked if she had an appointment, to which she responded with no. She saw a stylist who she had gotten her hair done with before, and she asked if she had time to do her highlights that same day. The stylist said she had time to do her hair and told my grandmother she could stay and wait for her to finish a client she was working on and that she WOULDN'T be charging extra for it. The stylist working on my grandmother let her manager, Isabela, know about the situation and that she didn't mind helping my grandmother without the extra charge. But, when my grandmother was ALREADY on the chair getting her hair done by the stylist who had AGREED to do her hair without an appointment, the manager comes in and very rudely and aggressively tells my grandmother that she would be charged extra for coming in without an appointment. My grandmother felt very uncomfortable and decided she didn't want to the stylist to complete the hair style but Isabela pressured her into staying by mentioning that if she didn't stay, she would be charged even more. Thus, my grandmother stayed and by the end of the service the stylist was very apologetic, but was still forced to charge her extra. The manager acted with condescension and arrogance which in turn is what made my grandmother very upset. She didn't have a problem with paying extra, she had a problem with the managers poor communication skills and character. Do better, Isabela.

I visited again to get my hair touched up and they're service is always unmatched. I'm so happy to have found a place worthy of my time and money. Isabella always does an amazing job throughout my visit. They also care so greatly about the client and their work. My hair always feels so much healthier after my visits. Would highly recommend any of their services!

Look so I got a haircut and I asked for this and I got this honestly I would not recommend coming to cut your hair but they do good hair designs
