Great service! The massage chairs are great for people who do lots of agriculture work or gym activities.

I went in to get my overlay nails redone because one of the nails came off.  Last time I got overlays I asked the "technician" what I should ask for next time I came in.  She told me not to worry about it they would be able to tell what they did to my nails and how to proceed.  So, going on that assumption I showed today's technician how one of the nails had come off.  He immediately took nail clippers and started cutting off my nails.  Then he used a white "tool" to rip off my other nails.  The first one hurt and I told him to stop.  He kept going and my nail ended up bleeding.  I told him to use the electric file to remove the rest and he still did it ripping off the old nails instead of filing them off.  Finally I yelled at him to quit.  He did the other hand the way I suggested.  Then he gets out a case of fake nails.  I told him I didn't want fake nails, I wanted overlays.  He said I should have told him that before he clipped all my nails off.  By this time another worker came up and started arguing with me that I should have told him what I wanted.  I reminded her that she was the one who told me they would know what to do when I came in.  Long story short he finished removing my old nails and I left, with the nails all chewed up from the nail clippers.  I told the worker I would never come back there and she said she didn't want me as a customer.  No problem there.

When I went there they said they would charge me extra (+10) to do my nails longer, but the man there was explaining to another customer that all full sets were $45 without a design. I was still charged $55, tip not included, for my longer coffin nails, still not long as I work in food services and they cannot be an unreasonable length. Keep in mind i did not get a design. As well, they cut my cuticles when drilling, used dirty files on my nails that they had used on previous customers, and my nails were NOT square and way too thick.

Made an appointment for 130pm and 1 hour later they still had not started.  They told me that they didn't know they would be so busy-seriously?  This is why I made an appointment.  I took the afternoon off to get my nails done because I had an appointment.  
I will not return.  I have had had long waits in the past but that is why I made an appointment.
I go there because it was close to work. I will make the drive to another town to get my nails done from here on out as I could have driven almost to St Louis in the time I sat in that chair.

Traveling from Phoenix visiting family in the area my cousin invited me along for a pedicure once I got there I realized I need to change my gel polish as well it chipped a little from where I had it done last in Arizona. Opted for the high end pedicure And it was worth every penny. The gentleman that did my mails was great not only did he do an amazing job on my pedicure and nails but he was very personable and funny. He did the cat eye polish and created some awesome designs with it. I've been t this salon once prior and I had great service and results then as well. Fair price and friendly staff.
