Came in as a new client who had 2 horrific haircuts at other salons within the past month.The hairstylist I had did an OUTSTANDING, and I mean outstanding job of fixing everyone's hot mess.This salon meets every clients needs,especially their listening skills.I will next try coloring and other services here.What a gem of a salon I found.Continued success to this fine neighborhood establishment! Can't wait to come back.

Been coming to Josie for a couple of years now. Always love the way my hair looks as i walk out the door. Wish she could do my hair everyday! Besides being talented, she is sweet kind and caring. Im lucky to have found her!

I am not a person to write reviews, good or bad, but as it can be incredibly difficult to find a hair stylist, I HAVE to recommend Genevieve at 67 West. She is fantastic!

I usually get blonder highlights in my already blonde hair, and just a trim/shaping of my long hair. Genevieve is amazing at listening to what I would like and giving me exactly that. My highlights are always a great color. When I went in for another highlight and asked for slightly thicker highlights, that's exactly what I received.

When I would like a trim, she only takes off what's necessary to make my hair look and feel healthy. When I want more of a hair cut, she adds layers and angles that are even and add body to my hair.

Genevieve listens to your requests and gives you what you're asking for. As someone who has received some bad haircuts, I can't emphasize how important that is to me! You will always walk out with great hair.

I have been sending friends to Genevieve, and they are equally pleased. She's fantastic! I live in Manhattan now, with all of its stylists and salons, but I still come to Genevieve and will continue to do so, because I trust her completely with my hair. I highly recommend her!

Since I moved to Seymour & I have been going to 67 West for about 2 & 1/2 years now.  The salon is very clean, well organized, well decorated, & always very accommodating. I have a great time every time I go there. All the staff are fun & friendly to be around. I have always had my hair done with Penny but the one time I had Janine she was just as amazing!! Penny is very fun, open to any ideas, trying new things, or just repeating your regular trusted style when that is all you need.  She is youthful & refreshing but takes so much pride in her work. I continue to see her because of how particular & passionate she is about what she does.  Every time I go to her she takes her time with each client, even if it means going over her booked time. Whether she's running early or slightly behind, it never bothers me in the slightest because I know she is doing her job to the best of her ability.  Her attention to detail & continuous strive for perfection is just what I look for in my hair stylist, just as in every aspect of my life.
    I got married in September of this year & it was 5 hours away, in upstate New York.  It was a struggle to find a hairdresser up there & asking someone to travel that far for a 2-3 day event was a lot to ask.  Josie, the owner of 67 West, allowed Penny to take time off to come up to do my wedding.  She let Penny off early on a Friday & gave her off Saturday & Sunday to come be a part of my big day. Josie also let Penny use hair salon products, supplies, & make up.  I am so very thankful for this!!! Penny did myself, my bridal party of 4 girls, && my mother.  Penny made my hair look absolutely PERFECTTT, my acne was particularly bad that day due to acute wedding stress, & still, my face came out flawless.  I have gotten so many compliments on my hair & make up at my wedding.  Penny was so much fun the entire weekend & she continued to touch up my hair & makeup during the entire reception! That is how much she loves her work, my hair was like her little piece of artwork walking around.
  I can not thank Josie enough for this!  Penny you are an amazing young woman! I'm so glad I walked into 67 west first when I move up here!  Love you guys!
