Very disappointed!!! Lady said "oh your nails are old, I'm going to have to do new set". I told her they are not old only 3 weeks old. She said "no there old"... And started yanking off my acrylic. My bad I should have walked out then, but I didn't.
Worst nails I've ever had all my nails are different lengths, shapes, so thick and polish on my cuticles and skin...DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME!
Only thing I'll give them is that they give good foot and leg massages. The most annoying part is when other employees come and sit beside you in a pedicure chair and speak to the person doing your pedicure loudly with zero pause. Definitely not a relaxing place at all. I've tried giving them several tries, but it's safe to say, I won't be back. The quality of work does not reflect their prices as the gel on both my nails and toes are practically ruined in about five days. One of the most expensive places in the area for less than mediocre work. Like I stated before, the customer service is awful. There's also one particular employee that every time I'm in there is extremely loud and pushes her personal opinions on everyone. Least relaxing salon I've ever been to.
